Returns
Our returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All purchases of sale items are final and are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn, with all tags, stickers and packaging intact.

You are responsible to pay your own shipping costs for returning item(s). Tracked shipping for returns is recommended. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us may vary.
Please choose your swimwear carefully as due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange your order unless there is a defect with the garment.
Clothing can be exchanged for a different size if it is still in stock. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to organise this.
The buyer is responsible for paying postage to send any items back - please send us the tracking number after the item has been sent. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the item gets back to us.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
